TSW Return Policy

DAMAGES: Any damaged products received will be replaced at no charge.

We do request an image of the damage.

You must contact sales@tswusa.com as soon as the product or products are received.

We must be notified within 15 days of receipt if you would like to return any products ordered.

Customer pays shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.

They must be received in undamaged condition.
